Activity at Armsgate
The first home at our Armsgate development has completed with the residents moving in prior to Christmas. Palmerston House is a striking six bedroom family house fronting Robinson’s Hill. Like all properties at Armsgate the home is named after former owners of the site, namely Lady Palmerston, the wife of Prime Minister Lord Palmerston, who bought the property in 1864.
The four, five and six bedroom properties on the edge of the picturesque market town of Melbourne have received a great deal of interest since being released by estate agent Chewton Rose in January. Dalman House is presented as a show home and is open to viewings by appointment only. Bare Hills View and Brooks Barn conclude the recently completed properties constituting Phase 1.
‘We are delighted to welcome our first homeowners to the development, breathing new life into the scheme’ states Andy Turner. ‘Seeing the first home occupied is extremely rewarding and a huge testament to the hard work of everyone at Stanton Developments. A lot of consideration, planning and craftsmanship goes into each property to ensure they are of the highest quality, and will provide our clients with the perfect house to call their home.’
The prestigious scheme of seven exclusive homes nestles on the southern edge of Melbourne. The renovated former public house and the new yet sympathetically designed executive properties complement each other within a landscaped country courtyard development. Armsgate combines exceptional surroundings with convenience. The private residential enclave offers distinct styles of living in a collection of homes expertly designed by award winning architect Matthew Montague.
